Teams are at the forefront of the Next industrial revolution

We are at the beginning of another major business disruption - if not revolution. It is driven by autonomous teams and technology.

How so?

Companies are trying to be more and more efficient. Agile and similar concepts are slowly taking a hold and will become more and more established. The essence of these concepts are more autonomous teams and employees.

Rather sooner than later companies will understand that middle management is more a blocker than an enabler. This will result in them being offered the option to lead products or find other jobs.

See examples of Haier and their Microenterprise approach. Companies with this type of agility will lead the way. Small teams will dominate and sweep away the slower large tankers.

What is in it for me?

There will be space for all type of employees but if you are entrepreneurial thinking and want to change things then this is your opportunity to move ahead.

Agile does not work by itself. You need the right team. And as a general rule. A team does not manage without agile, then chances are not high they will with agile.Teams are at the heart of everything. You think that you are doing it alone but there are experts, maybe co-founders, family, friends, mentors. They are all part of your team. And all the great concepts from agile to lean startup, from productivity hacks to MVP and customer development are nothing without the right team to help you make them happen. So I was wondering, can you apply this also for solopreneurs and small teams in an efficient manner so everyone can use it.

Why does it matter?

We are at the beginning of another major industrial or technological change - if not revolution. How so?
Companies are trying to be more and more efficient. Agile and similar concepts are slowly taking a hold and will become more and more established.
The essence of these concepts are more autonomous teams and employees.
Sooner or later companies will understand that the middle management is more a blocker than a enabler. This will lead to masses of middle management being given the option to lead products or find other jobs.

When you look back at medieval times you wonder how people managed to survive. Even in the more recent past, society and business have changed a lot and we would not accept today working and living conditions people faced then.So what will people think of us in 50 years from now and more importantly, where are we going?

Why is this important to me?

Like many changes it can be a blessing or a curse

Embrace it and see the opportunity. Small teams will be the future and they will provide space for the drivers and the ones that only want a 9-5.

Leverage this option to grow and to do your own thing.

Experiment and succeed or fail fast.

SMALL Teams at the core of it

Small self managing teams in a larger ecosystem will be the future.

The teams will prove to be more efficient. There will be management guidance but only to a degree to allow the teams to unveil their full potential.

These will be the SUPERTEAMS of the future.

They will be agile enough to drive their assigned tasks. If they do not work - what will happen - the will be dissolved and a new team will be formed or another team takes their responsibility.

Plenty of teams, plenty of opportunities.

Small teams avoid the huge elephants driving and owning it all.

New concepts can seem overwhelming - apply them and make them work for you

Agile often seem like a curse. Too much work, daily standups but that is like any other concept. Not applied properly they do not work and people hate them.

They can really lead the way. Learn with us, only if we all drive them the team can be in charge.

Agile is only one form, there are plenty of variations and by driving more team owned delivery the team can adjust methods how they suit them best - focused on their current situations.

Responsibility towards society

We have seen that neither Darwinism nor 100% capitalism work. Not socialism or communism made it.

Humans are wired for trying to improve their situation, i.e. achieving something but also for security.

New models will generate new profit sharing models but we need to move away from a few taking it all but to push towards a good distribution of profits remunerating slightly better the ones putting in more effort and drive.

"It's incredible how simple it can be if you follow a clear process. I have been contemplating several ideas but never got started. The simplicity of the approach has just blown me away. Thank you, Thomas."

Matt Cole
Entrepreneur

"Few people understand how to apply a simply structure and time boxed plan like Thomas does. And the best part? The execution. I love studying how he thinks, and you should too."

Dana Bush
Small Business Owner

"Thomas is a world-class executioner, and the systems that help produce these outcomes are even better. The fact he’s giving these systems away, at this price, is absurd. I’ve bought fewer things quicker than I bought The 24 Hours Startup."

Trying to decide if the 24 hours Startup is for you

Who, specifically, is this course for?

The 24 Hour Startup is for creators and entrepreneurs who want a more reliable system for getting their ideas off the ground.

If you have great ideas but feel you never manage to get them started because there is always something in the way or it might not work out. If you think that at least you should try it without risking all, this course is for you.

Who should NOT buy this course?

If you already have a framework for testing and executing high-quality ideas, this course is probably not for you.

This course is focused on testing out a business idea  to quickly reiterate on the idea or discard it and move on to the next. It's a behind-the-scenes look at my personal toolkit for curating ideas, templatization, creation, distribution, and growth. This course will not take the work away and not land you an overnight success. It's focused on testing an idea and build on it in a very systematic manner.

Frequently asked questions

Who, specifically, is this course for?

The 24 Hour Startup is for creators and entrepreneurs who want a more reliable system for getting their ideas off the ground.

If you have great ideas but feel you never manage to get them started because there is always something in the way or it might not work out (stress that - fail quick). You think at least you should try it without risking all, this course is for you.

Who should NOT buy this course?

If you already have a framework for creating high-quality startups, this course is probably not for you.

This course is focused on testing out a business idea  to quickly reiterate on the idea or discard it and move on to the next. It's a behind-the-scenes look at my personal toolkit for curating ideas, templatization, creation, distribution, and growth. This course will not take the work away and not land you an overnight success. It's focused on testing an idea and build on in a very systematic manner.

How long does the course last?

The course lasts usually 4-6 weeks. It depends a lot on how much time you have available. If you do this on the site then it can take longer and we will give you the time.

What problems will The 24 Hours Startup help me overcome?

No more thinking of ideas. No more staring at a blank computer screen wondering if your idea could work or not. No more wondering how to approach setting things in motion. No more worrying about whether you'll get engagement. This system will help you structure and implement. Then you will rinse and improve or discard.

What sort of ideas is this for?

The 24 hours startup is at the moment specifically designed for course creators. With a few tweaks you can easily adopt it to any other business.  The basic principles are the same and will always be true.

Minimize your idea to the max and then test it. Is there are demand, are people interested, would they pay for it?

Do I have to have my idea or project ready?

It is better if you know what you want to do but if you are as creative as me then you have about one idea a day. Stop wasting them and get quickly to the bottom of it, if it could work or not.

How long is the course and what format is it in?

The 24 Hours Startup is roughly 30 minutes long and is a video course with additional bonus modules that are text-based.

How much time do I need to plan to get results?

Key is to focus. If you focus for a weekend you can test out one idea and see if it makes sense to take it forward. The more time the better but our approach is self paced but within the time you have. So we think it is best if you allocate a fixed amount of time every day. That ensures continuity and consistent progress.

Is this for beginners?

The method is for absolute beginners and for pros. Actually sometimes easier for beginners because they do not try to squeeze their mental model into this, i.e. more open to new ways of doing things. No old habits to overcome.

I am / we are already working on somethings that is quite advanced. Is this for us?

Definitely. We focus on getting customer feedback fast. Stop tiptoeing around your customers and go at them.

How does the money back guarantee work?

In general we do not want your money if you are not happy with the course and the service.

What we want to avoid though is that we work with you for several weeks and then you decide that you do not like it. In that case we will charge pro-rata, i.e. all the sessions that you have taken before the one when you decided to leave.

So if you do the first session and do not like it then you will get all your money back.

Any other questions just get in touch with us.
